Shipping policy

All online orders, unless otherwise selected, will be shipped via USPS First Class (USPS Priority if the package weighs over 12 ounces).

STANDARD SHIPPING

Our standard shipping offer applies to our default shipping method (USPS First Class or USPS Priority for orders >12oz). Please note that Flash orders require expedited shipping methods to ensure product integrity, and, as such, they do not qualify for free or standard shipping.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS

If you’d like to expedite your order, please select UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air during the checkout process and note the additional shipping cost. Orders placed after 8 am PST on Fridays will ship out the following Monday. This includes any expedited shipping options.

SHIP TO ORDER

We ship Monday-Friday. It may take 1-2 business days for your order to be picked up after your order is placed. Orders placed after 5 pm EST on Fridays will prepped and ship the following Monday. This includes any expedited shipping options.

TURN AROUND TIME

All orders placed on Mon-Fri before 12 AM EST, will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12 AM EST will be processed the next day. Orders placed on weekend will be processed on Monday or the next business day. 

 

ORDER UPDATES

Requests for cancellations, change of address, or other updates to your order should be made within one business day of placing your order. Our business hours are 10 am-5pm, Monday through Friday. Please note, we are unable to make an update once you have received a shipping notification.

MISSING OR DAMAGED ITEMS

USPS delays are currently impacting transit times, and orders may arrive later than expected. If your order has not arrived within ten days after it was shipped, contact us, and we will happily process a replacement order within two business days.

For damaged shipments, contact us within seven days of receiving your order. If possible, please share a photo of the damaged item & box.

ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS?

Entered the wrong address? We are happy to cover replacing the product but asking the customer to cover the replacement package’s shipping cost.
